Nominees announced for the 2022 Corporate Governance Awards

The Corporate Secretary is delighted to announce the shortlisted nominees for its 15th Corporate Governance Awards.

The winners, selected by an independent jury, will be announced at an in-person gala ceremony on Wednesday, November 9 in New York City. The ceremony – the first Corporate Governance Awards event to take place in person since the pandemic – will end two days of live events led by the Secretary General: The M&A Forum Tuesday, November 8 and Corporate Secretaries Forum Wednesday, November 9.

The awards recognize outstanding achievement in the areas of governance, risk and compliance. Submissions were made by a range of industry participants for a large number of companies and individuals for their impressive work in areas such as organizing AGMs, compliance and ethics programs, ESG reporting, entity management, proxy statements, engagement and corporate transactions.

As always, submissions for this year’s awards recognize the professionalism, ingenuity and hard work demonstrated by the entire profession, often under difficult circumstances.
