WCF CyberSmart empowers over a million learners

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – Business Wire India WNS Cares Foundation (WCF), the CSR arm of WNS Global Services, today announced that CyberSmart, its cybersecurity education portal, has empowered over one million learners to take action since its launch in May 2020.

WCF conducts in-depth cybersecurity awareness training through the portal for teachers and principals, who then train children to stay safe in cyberspace. Awareness is also created with parents. Schools that achieve 85% of certifications receive a CyberSmart School certificate. University students are engaged in youth social responsibility internship programs to reach students and certify them as CyberSmart. WCF volunteers train teachers in schools and organize CyberSmart sessions and portal tours for students. WCF collaborated with NGOs and other foundations to raise awareness among their beneficiaries.
